Monthly hours must be spread across the weeks of the month. Each tier has a "Max h/week" ceiling. You cannot front-load 320 hours into 2 days — surge protocol below covers genuine peak needs.

No single assistant works more than 8 hours per day on your account, Mon–Fri. Larger tiers (Professional, Business) are staffed across multiple assistants under one Project Manager.

Unused hours expire at the end of each calendar month. They do not accumulate or carry forward. This keeps capacity planning predictable for both sides.

Need to exceed the weekly cap for a launch, campaign, or deadline? Submit the request 5 business days in advance. We will either approve the surge hours at +50% overtime rate, or recommend a temporary tier upgrade.

Weekends, public holidays, and hours outside 09:00–18:00 (CET for EU clients · GST for UAE clients) require 48-hour advance notice and bill at 1.5× the tier hourly rate.

Tasks for the same business day should be requested by 11:00 in your assistant's local timezone. Later requests are picked up the following business day unless surge protocol is invoked.

Hours are billed in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum block per task. Very short fragmented tasks are batched and tracked by the assistant on your behalf.

You can upgrade tier any month (effective immediately). Downgrades take effect the following month. We monitor utilisation: less than 60% or more than 95% triggers a proactive recommendation.
